The Chrysalis Alchemy

Inside the chrysalis, the caterpillar digests itself, melting into a formless soup where the original being doesn’t exist anymore. Within this liquid, some dormant cells called ‘imaginal discs’ start developing what will grow into a new being - a butterfly or a moth.

Inspired by this metamorphosis and my own personal path, I have developed Chrysalis Tantra, a moment for exploring the most incredible universe that is - YOURSELF, and unveiling precious gifts, insights, possibilities, and alignment to your sacred essence and sexuality.

I am Rita Anaiê, creator of Chrysalis

I am a medicine woman, a weaver of new possibilities, a soul guide, and a body shaman. I have explored many philosophies, religions, cultures, and realms. This path has allowed me to live a vast collection of experiences, transforming spirituality and self-exploration into my main field of interest. After journeying for decades, I have truly landed on my sacred life purpose with the creation of Chrysalis Tantra.

I have studied with various respected teachers and schools within the field of Devotional Bodywork (Level 1), remedial & deep tissue massage, tantric psychotherapy, sexual dysfunctions, tantric breathwork, tantric kink, couples & relationships, shamanism & magic, channelling, land healing, aromatherapy, reiki, Access Bars, sacred feminine practices, and BioGeometry.

I always trust the body's inner wisdom and offer my tantric and shamanic work with reverence and integrity. Tantra and shamanism brought joy, self-responsibility, freedom and Eros into my life! To me, Eros is life-force energy, our will to live, and also a portal to our inner essence. It is an honour to be able to hold sacred space for others to connect with this energy through sacred devotional touch and shamanic rituals.

Why Choosing the Tantra Path?

For most of my life, I have practised professionally in the design field, with eight years also dedicated to bodywork as a remedial massage therapist and energy healer. I also practice as a land alchemist, and decided to create Chrysalis Tantra responding to the biggest soul call I have ever felt in this life path.

I see Tantra as a science of Life that understands every lived experience as sacred, divine and possible to be perceived in many ways. I follow the Egyptian Tantra lineage, which sees us as divine and pure in our essence, we just need to REMEMBER who we are. The path to this remembering is through removing the veils of fear, judgement, self-worthlessness, and limiting beliefs. From this perspective, Tantra recognises the body as a sacred vessel of Life, the most perfect instrument that houses our soul and allows us to experience existence in a three-dimensional world through our senses. Tantra has deeply changed my life, bringing more joy, presence, and relaxation not only to my sexual life but to ALL THAT I LIVE.

I started with personal Tantra practices years ago, and back then I  would never have imagined that this would become a professional path for me. Over a life dedicated to self-knowledge practices, I found Tantra to be the closest manifestation of what I understand to be true and feel honoured to share this gift with others.

My main motivation in this path is to resignify the way we relate with our sexuality and with ourselves. I want to share a more natural, positive, spontaneous, and empowering path, where life can be experienced from a place of joy, trust, pleasure, and celebration.

The Chrysalis Tantra Soul

I grew up with a lot of trauma and challenges regarding self-value, sexuality, anxiety, big dissociation from my body, and the list goes on. Today, I don’t experience any of these as a heavy load anymore. However, I did live most of my life enduring severe physical and mental consequences coming from the responses that my subconscious mind and body were repeatedly co-creating.

All my healing and evolving paths were and are worth it, and I know I will be learning until the day I leave the body. Every single practice, ceremony, meditation, and therapy… it all helped me in many ways and kept me on the path to myself. However, within my personal experience, the big key turning happened when I started receiving and then practising BODYWORK. I understood through my own experience that mental, emotional, and energetic therapies are essential, but if we don’t address the SOMATIC LAYER, the cellular memory that is stored in there will either continue to be replicated, or it will take way longer to be rewired through non-somatic therapies.

I have a natural ability to intuitively perceive the emotional and spiritual fields, serving as a channel for communication through my mediumship and body.

My philosophy comes from my own life experience, so what Chrysalis Tantra offers is a truly holistic approach. Looking at every single person as a rich YOUniverse, I offer therapies for the mind, the body, and also for the soul. This leads to a richer, deeper, and more meaningful journey towards embracing your divine essence, your body, and your sexuality.
